Ideal UFH water-based underfloor heating systems are designed and manufactured to provide long-term reliability, performance, and durability. We carefully source our products from trusted and reputable manufacturers to ensure our customers receive high-quality components that are built to last.

The following warranty periods apply from the original date of purchase, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, installation requirements, and maintenance recommendations being fully complied with.

Warranty Coverage

Underfloor Heating Pipe

Warranty Period: 50 Years

Manufactured for long-term performance and designed to provide decades of reliable service when installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Stainless Steel Manifolds

Warranty Period: 10 Years

Applies to manifold bodies and associated manifold components supplied by Ideal UFH, subject to correct installation, water quality requirements, and ongoing maintenance.

Circulation Pumps

Warranty Period: 5 Years

Coverage applies against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal operating conditions.

Thermal Actuators

Warranty Period: 5 Years

Applies to actuators supplied as part of an underfloor heating zoning system and installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

2-Port Zone Valves

Warranty Period: 2 Years

Covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

1″ Ball Valves & Fill Valves

Warranty Period: 3 Years

Applies to valves supplied by Ideal UFH and installed within the manufacturer’s operating parameters.

Thermostats, Controls, Wiring Centres & Smart Heating Controls

Warranty Period: As specified by the individual manufacturer.

Coverage for thermostats, smart controls, wiring centres, receivers, sensors, and associated control equipment is provided directly in accordance with the manufacturer’s published warranty policy.

Warranty Conditions

All warranty periods stated above are subject to:

• Correct system design and specification.
• Installation by a competent person.
• Compliance with current Building Regulations and relevant British Standards.
• Installation in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Correct commissioning of the heating system.
• Appropriate servicing and maintenance where required.
• Products being used only for their intended purpose.
• Water quality and system conditions remaining within manufacturer-recommended parameters.

Warranty claims may be rejected where products have been incorrectly installed, modified, misused, damaged, neglected, or used outside of their intended operating conditions.
