Returns Policy – Ideal UFH

All returns must be accompanied by a completed Ideal UFH Returns Form. Returns received without a completed returns form may be refused and returned to the sender.

All return requests must be reported to Ideal UFH within 7 days of delivery. Once authorised, the goods must be returned within 7 days of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ideal UFH.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage to packaging or goods should be noted before signing for delivery. Deliveries signed for as received in good condition and subsequently reported as damaged may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or claim.

Any delivery charges incurred for the original order relating to the return of non-faulty goods will be deducted from the refund value.

A restocking charge of 25% will apply to all approved returns of non-faulty goods. This charge covers handling, inspection, repackaging, administration, and supplier restocking costs.

To qualify for a refund, all returned products must:

• Be unused and uninstalled.
• Be in a clean, resaleable condition.
• Include all original components, fittings, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Be returned in their original undamaged packaging.
• Show no signs of modification, damage, or misuse.

Unwanted goods must remain unopened and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, installed, altered, cut to size, or used in any way may not be eligible for return.

Ideal UFH reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, replacement, or credit.

Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured delivery service when returning goods. Ideal UFH cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit before they are received by our warehouse.

Before returning any products, customers should ensure they have read and complied with the latest version of the Ideal UFH Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, and any applicable product-specific warranty conditions.

Ideal UFH reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
